Product and Transactions
The Platform allows users to purchase products designed solely by Abdullah Ramadan for Phenix Themes, and you do not have the legal right to resell that product. However, you can use the product for your clients and sell your services as a designer or developer to customize the product according to your client’s needs.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, copyrights, and patents, displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property without obtaining explicit permission from the respective owner.
Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Welcome to Phenix Themes! We appreciate your choice to work with us on your design and development project. This agreement regulates the relationship between Phenix Themes and our valued client. It includes terms and conditions that govern rights and obligations in project design and development. Please read and consent to this agreement before starting the project. Compliance ensures clarity and alignment on project requirements. We look forward to a successful collaboration, providing support and professionalism at every step. Thank you for your trust.
Technical Support
Support : all of our services has only 1 month of free support and lifetime support for any Errors from our side but any new improvements or new features will have its own timeline/cost, and we can offer a monthly paid support for your application if you needed you should request the service after you happily received you app fully-function and working.
the Content of the Themes/Apps
Content : all the content included in the design and the development version of the app is only samples and instructions on how you will write and edit your content we are not responsible for the actual content of the website/app
the Security of the Source Code
Security : the development service include the standard and the basic security patches and programing logic, but any project needs a continuous improvement in security and for more advanced security you should consider a security agency service.
Content Provided from Clients
Client Content: All content provided by the Client shall be original or legally licensed. The Client shall be solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all content provided for use in the Project. Service Provider is not responsible for the content of the website or application.
Scope of Work
Scope of Work: Service Provider shall provide design and development services for the Project as described in the proposal provided to the Client.
Designing Processing
Design Process: Service Provider shall use reasonable efforts to complete the Project in a timely and professional manner. Service Provider will provide the Client with access to view and approve progress at each stage of the design and development process.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property: Service Provider retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in all materials created by Service Provider for the Project, including but not limited to design files and source code. Upon full payment for the Project, Service Provider grants the Client a license to use the materials created for the Project for its intended purpose.
Fees and Payment
Fees and Payment: The Client agrees to pay the fees outlined in the proposal. A deposit may be required before work begins. Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule set forth in the proposal. All amounts due shall be paid in full before delivery of final materials.
Project Termination
Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay Service Provider for all work completed to date.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Disclaimer of Warranties: Service Provider makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Liability: Service Provider shall not be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Project.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Egypt]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts of [Egypt].
Work & Service Delays
Work Delays: Service Provider shall not be held responsible for delays in completion of the Project due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or sabotage.
